No Negotiation: China and Russia Walk Out of UN Security Council Meeting: “This Isn’t An Exercise”

earthonfire

As Jerome Corsi warned earlier today, “this is one of the most serious moments that we’ve ever faced in world history.”

Events are happening quickly and as it stands, the United States, Britain and other western allies are preparing a missile strike on Syria.

Russia has been the most critical opponent of the possibility of mid east military action, but now China has also stepped in.

Russia and China have stepped up their warnings against military intervention in Syria, with Moscow saying any such action would have “catastrophic consequences” for the region.

BBC via Zero Hedge

And moments ago the Interfax news agency announced that China and Russia have left the negotiating table in response to a proposal for Britain’s David Cameron on pending intervention in Syria.

UN-SECURITY/COUNCIL-RUSSIA-CHINA DUBAI. Aug 28 (Interfax)

Russian and Chinese representatives have left the UN Security Council session that discussed the draft resolution on Syria proposed by Great Britain.

We could be days away from the start of a conflict the likes of which the world has never seen before.

The United States and Britain are pushing forward with plans to execute a “brief and limited” strike on Syrian targets, but all signs suggest it will turn into much more than that. In January of 2012 the United States positioned 100,000 soldiers off the coast of Iran, and just last weekend it was reported that hundreds of US soldiers and intelligence assets had moved into Syria ahead of the attack.

In response, Syria has warned it will immediately target Israel with Russian supplied advanced weaponry. Syria’s closest ally in the region, Iran, has echoed the threat and warned that it, too, will turn its military capabilities on Israel.

This is a game changer. Any response by Israel against Arab nations would turn the entire middle east against the U.S. led coalition.

The Road to World War 3 – AND – The Road to World War 3 *MUST WATCH VIDEOS* (RAWW Scoop)The Road to World War 3 – AND – Revolution: An Instruction Manual *MUST WATCH VIDEOS*

According to a report from the LA Times, that’s exactly what Israel intends to do.

“We are not part of the civil war in Syria, but if we identify any attempt whatsoever to harm us, we will respond with great force,” Netanyahu said after huddling for a second consecutive day with key Cabinet members to discuss the possible ramifications of a U.S. strike against Syria.

Armies are mobilizing, and that includes Russian troops, who are reportedly now being deployed in Syria to help Assad defend against “rebel forces,” which adds additional strength to the 160,000 Russian troops mobilized in the region earlier this summer. Furthermore, the Russian Navy deployed nearly its entire Pacific fleet to the Mediterranean in May.

Moreover, after a meeting with Saudi Arabia in which the Saudi head of intelligence directly threatened Vladimir Putin with terrorist attacks during the coming winter Olympic games in Russia if they didn’t let the U.S. move forward with their plans in Syria, President Putin has reportedly responded with the threat of a massive counter-strike against the Saudi Arabian monarchy.

This isn’t an exercise.

The writing is on the wall.

The militaries of the most powerful nations on Earth are preparing to engage.

If President Obama initiates a missile strike on Syria, however limited in scope, it could set the whole world ablaze.

all this in the interest of oil huh? wow the greed is outrageous….. so Syria “gassed their own people” we must defend says the U.S in the interest of humanity with a hidden agenda. (oil) but yet we refuse to do anything in regards to the atrocities going on in Darfur/Sudan but let’s not forget that there is nothing of interest for the U.S and that is why we don’t even look their way. but yet we as Americans are handed steep gas prices and a ticket for war.

      August 29, 2013

You are correct that there is a hidden agenda but it isn’t oil or money for that matter. It’s about control, fear, and bring about WWIII for the purpose of advancing the clandestine Agenda 21 and the One World Government. Without the control of the central banks on these countries, the Hidden Government cannot control the people. Sudan is also a west back atrocity that had to do with…taking control of their central bank.

lol what are you talking about

      • Travis J. Walker
        August 29, 2013

I am talking about the fact that before 9-11 there were 7 countries that had central banks that were not owned by the Rothschild Family. Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Cuba, North Korea, and Iran. Notice anything about this? Now there are only the last 3 left. Syria in a way to war with Iran.

        • Mike
          August 29, 2013

Why would the immensely wealthy and powerful Rothschilds *care* if North Korea, Iran, and Syria have central banks owned by them or not? On the world stage, those nations are not the most major players. I’m not sure I understand the motivation involved. If the Rothschilds had a dastardly plan, they could already have done it without the help of iran, Syria or North Korea.

          • Lui Stuk Vreten
            August 30, 2013

It isn’t about players being major players, it’s about players not playing the right game. And that’s where these countries don’t fit in. The Rothschilds aren’t looking for help, they’re just taking care of a few obstacles. In a one world government there isn’t any room for “others”.

Now I know the whole one world government theory seems like a long shot and doesn’t look that likely to be true, but if history has tought us one thing than it would be that if it can be imagined, it probably is a possible. It’s something to keep in mind.

            • Jim
              August 30, 2013

The one world government is “the major player” here, the Rothschild’s are the financiers of it and war is how they advance their agenda. We will just have to wait and see how much of humanity is left after this little tango has played out. I have a feeling over crowding and global warming are no longer going to be issues. Of course that`s just an opinion.

I pardon your ignorance. We may have the necessity for oil, but regardless of that fact, we mustered up the UN to give everyone their freedom of choice, and if civilians, which of whom are doing nothing wrong, are being harmed, we have obligations to help. Yes, the underlying motive may SEEM like oil, but why would all the allies of the United States be trying to take an active stand as well? What gain would they have if we’re transporting all the oil from the middle east? I don’t approve of fighting of]ver oil, but I’ll be damned if the United States government sits back and watches the innocent civilians be harmed, thus making them hypocrites of the goals once set by our forefathers. We have an obligation to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves.

          You do realize
That we have harmed THOUSANDS of people indirectly?
We’ve sold weapons to foreign nations. Shit. We OPENLY gave weapons to syrian rebels harming THOUSANDS of people alone, not to mention the drone attacks and bombings we paid for. Our goal may have been to help people before, but our continuing war happy stance is harming more than it is helping. Really?? Oh, lets start a WAR WORLD THREE over some stupid shit. No. We need to put a stop to this. Our government has expunged way to many sources on this, and hurt way to many people in the process. Now we have our finger on the trigger for world war three, and it isn’t just a simple, “Yeah no, this might be a bad idea”?

This is crazy why are people fighting when women and children are against this approach. If we are suppossed to be in a more intelligent time than a more intelligent approach should be applied. There is no reason why anyone should fight anywhere period. We are crazy animals that have been killing each other for a long time it is time to stop this maddness. When has anyone seen a lion massacre other lions, I’d say never they only fight but don’t kill their same being. We are in the moment in time where this madness could stop we could allstop it. I knowfor a fact that the majority of world population would rather avoid conflict and be able to sleep at night with their woman or man than to not. The wholeworld population should try and say something to stop this violence. Their is more death that will be made than money in war and remember a life is priceless. one person is worth 100 billion if ten peoplepass thats a trillion. War and fighting must stop. If we have a system where we can all sit down and come to a solution for everybody to coexist than lets get working. Peace and love humanly brothas and sistas

    • Travis J. Walker

You are correct. If we are a civilized society, we should be able to come to a diplomatic solution to every problem. The issue is that the people who are in power do not think that way. They want death and destruction. They want the people to live in fear. They want to control the entire world population and fear is their mechanism to accomplish that.

Every single major news organization in the world is reporting that the attacks were made by the Syrian government, NOT by the rebels. And, what makes you think that leader of a country, who used chemical weapons banned by the ENTIRE world against his own country’s citizens, is going to respond to diplomacy?!!

Bravo to the Saudi’s for standing up to Russia and that a**hole Putin! While I don’t advocate terrorist attacks, someone needs to stand up to him, especially after they stabbed us in the back by giving that traitor Snowden asylum the way they did.

So you believe all the world’s corporate backed media? They are owned by the very people trying to instigate this war. If you look at the videos and evidence in this post http://rawwscoop.com/2013/08/28/evidence-syria-gas-attack-work-of-u-s-allies-free-syrian-army/ you can clearly see it is not the Syrian Army. And if the EINTIRE world has banned chemical weapons then why do the US, UK, Russia, China, India, France, Germany, and countless others still produce and possess them? The Saudi’s supplied the weapons and if you know anything about the current geopolitical make up then you would know that the Saudi’s are the west’s more ardent allies in the middle east. We supply them with military intel, technology, weapons, and many other things that are helping to instigate this war.

I am not saying that the Russian’s or Chinese are innocent in this situation. Behind the scenes, all of these world leaders (besides a few like Iran, Syria, North Korea, etc) are working to bring this Great War about.

And if you believe Snowden to be a traitor then you are truly lost in the brainwashed mindset that has allowed our world to become what it is. If you were to wake up and shed your programming and realize that the world leaders do not hove our best interests in mind but those of a very elite few.

Do you need to adjust your tinfoil hat again? Al-assad is a vicious dictator who gleefully tortured and killed anyone who questioned him as his father before him. They stayed in power because Iran backed them and because they allowed Hezbollah to operate inside Syria. The Chinese and Russians have been selling Syria weapons for years that were used primarily on the Syrian people.
As for Snowden he is a pathetic fame whore. If it was really about whistleblowing and exposing issues in the chain of command he knew that there are avenues for that which he choose to ignore because those don’t get you on T.V.

Really Iran isn’t trying to start a war. LOL there is nothing that the GREAT Ayatollah would like better than a war with America “the Great Satan” and a chance to attack Isreal. Rent a clue or better yet take your meds.

Tinfoil hat is fully adjusted my friend. It helps shield against the propaganda being spewed you the corporate media and sheeple such as yourself. Wake up and think for yourself.

If Iran where really trying to start a war, then why did their President stand up in front of the UN General Assembly earlier this year and beg for a peaceful solution to the problems in the middle east. But you wouldn’t have heard about that because the main stream media blacked it out.

The only “Peaceful solution that they are looking for, is for everyone to go away and let them opress again. This isn’t 1776 it is so much harder to stand up to your government than it used to be. The people do not have the means to. As for peace? Russia had every right to grant asylum to snowden. they did what they felt was right, and it has nothing to do with Obama or anything else. we have many times also gave the same to Russians, and other people when their countries has asked us not to because we believed it was the right thing to do. I am not going to debate if he was right or wrong in what he did, everyone has their thoughts on that one, but as far as political refuge that is granted for reasons by countries and we do it ourselves so we cant hold that against them.
the rebels you are defending are the same ones we have been fighting for years in Iraq and Afghanistan and they can not be allowed to have nukes in their hands. even the united nations is calling for everyone to wait till they are done with their investigations. looking at both sides if the government was going to use the chemicals why wouldn’t they target the rebels, that is the problem not the common man, they know it would bring in other countries. the rebels also know if they used them what better way to get help then kill some common people and the world will be in a panic. I don’t know who used them, and neither do you. my son who is military also says nobody knows for sure which side used them, so who are you going to punish at this point.
Israel was thrown to the dogs by Obama when he helped Egypt, but then again Israel has shown they can stand their own ground and defend themselves quite well. I am sure they are going to defend themselves well.
at this point, I don’t see who we are going to punish for these attacks when you cant even be sure which side did it. I think Russia, and china are thinking of the bigger picture also, and they are thinking if you strike when you don’t know which side, then your part of the problem not the solution.

So because you have never heard of a source makes it unreliable? So using that same logic: An unknown source (say a civilian on the ground) takes a video and gets some very important info out to the world but it instantly refuted by all mainstream media sources because it is damaging to the hidden agenda of their warmongering bosses. Does that make what the media (sitting in their comfy office half way around the world) says more credible than someone who was there to witness this hypothetical situation?

Read the article, it clearly downplays the walk out. I saw in a video on RT Arabic where the Russian delegates shortly followed by the Chinese leave the table. And it must have been 20-30 minutes after that the others left. It was clearly Russia and China walking out. The others had no choice after there was no opposition to negotiate with. I am looking for the link to the video now.

          • Travis J. Walker
            August 29, 2013

That is the except from the article. The latest being heard from Russia is that if the US intervenes that Russia will launch against Saudi Arabia because they feel that the House of Saud has been instigating this entire situation from the begging. Looking at the evidence, it seems that they have been being backed by the US and UK. Putin has mobilized another 30,000 troops to fortify the already 150,000 already in the area. Those sound like the drums of war to me. China has remained relatively silent aside from supporting Assad during diplomacy. I am looking into what happened at the UN Security Meeting today.

And all of your counter arguments on the comments are brilliant (I think that naturally because I agree with you ;) and you keep it cool – my hats off to you sir. But I think THE MOST telling bit you plucked out was what bibi said. His quotes were the most chilling to me leading up to and just after 9/11 and several other attacks. That man knows who we’re going to war with before we do. And he’s itching for us to go to war with Iran (for all the reasons I’m sure you know well). And he’s in tight with/related to by marriage pretty much everyone from bildaburg/the scattered rothchildes, etc etc. and thusly just about any military contractor/financial backing cfo that might have a small hand in leading up to our inevitable shock and awe – the’re all bibi’s boos in one shape or form. This isn’t anything new. THIS has been in the works for 50 years. (or 500 – but who’s counting besides a few of us ;)

Your source for this information seems to be primarily The Daily Sheeple, Infowars and SHTFplan. Some of which have several advertisements for end of days supplies, meaning they essentially profit from people’s fear. While some of it is accurate it’s not as blown out of proportion as you make it out to be I personally can not call it credible. Especially considering most of those reports are written by people like you who get their information from the internet instead of from the source. I’d also like to point out the fact that you criticize people for following the main-stream media and yet you blindly follow the counter main-stream media just as they do. The fact is that neither you nor they can personally check the facts for either, so we all can only listen to what we hear and read and either accept it or not. I urge anyone reading this article to take note that it’s author is simply a man who put together various bits of information supplemented with his opinion, please check his sources and research the matter for yourself and form YOUR OWN opinion. The only reason Russia cares is because Syria pays Russia 4 billion a year in arms and training contracts. Sure there is still some tension between the US and Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union but neither one of them is dumb enough to start a major war because of a silly old feud.

    • Eli Ross
      August 30, 2013

I think you’re forgetting that ‘silly old feud’ was a war which was declared based on not liking each other’s policies and ideologies, and both sides wanting to be in control. They kept their citizenry just a step away from massive casualties for DECADES essentially over who got the privilege of calling the shots in the world. They’re most assuredly afraid to act on it, but they ARE dumb enough – all it takes is one side trying to do strong enough posturing to scare the other side, and miscalculating.

Russia cares because unlike Obama , who knowing helped the rebels in the past, the rebels are the same insurgaions we have been fighting in Iraq and afghanstan for the last 10 plus years. they can not be allowed to have nukes within their power. even the united nations is saying wait and let us finish our report. we don’t know for sure if it was the president of Syria who did the gas or the rebels themselves. all we know for sure is it was used. so who are you going to punish if you cant be sure which side did it. my thoughts are this, the president of Syria wouldn’t use it on the common people but use it against the rebels. from all the reports I have herd it was not the rebels who was gassed. the rebels I could see using the gas on the common person because they know it will bring in the other countries and they will be aided then. you need to step back and look at both sides and see which has to gain and which to loose. and like I said the rebels are the same ones we have been trying to put down all this time. can you imagine what will happen if they get ahold of nukes. Obama is still stamping his feet over snowden, which Russia was not wrong to give him refugee we have done it before for Russians. that is how it works and why countries grant refugee. it was not personal against Obama, it was just what Russia thought was right to grant. just like we have done in the past.

All these stupid alliance forcing countries like England, and my homeland of Canada, to pour their gasoline on the already raging fire that is the Middle East. In ten years, when I want to be a history proffessor, I will probably be conscripted and dead. Fuck these alliances, its only been a hundred years since the Great War. The UN should go in, on a peace keeping mission, but actually do something for once. In Rwanda they just forced soldiers to watch as a tribe decimated another. They should go in there, force the cooperation of the prime minister, and take out the rebels. Make an example of them. Then turn around and rebuild Syria.

Hell, financial fraud against the USA is even nationally funded there, probably with the same money they’re stealing from us. I’m sorry, but if China opposes something, I take that as a solid indicator that we should probably do it… China is by far the greatest opponent of “Western” civilization since the collapse of the USSR, make no mistake. Thanks to the stupidity of our elected officials, the US now owes china approximately $2 trillion dollars. In effect they own us already. Bank of America is 40% owned by china. Check your credit card payments. If you make payments to HSBC, and millions of people in the US do, you are paying china for your purchases. HSBC – Hong Kong Shanghai Bank of china. Since all companies in china are owned by the government and the government is a communist government, guess who you are supporting. Try buying something in the US that is not made in china (Wal-Mart) or some other foreign country. Our so called leaders have made us co-dependent on the world for most products. It is true that china and other countries are hacking us every minute of every day. Stay away from cloud technology. This is a disaster in the making. You will have no control and no recourse when all of your sensitive financial information is gone. This will be worse that the stock market crash and depression of the 1920′s. If they push through with an attack against the Syrian rebels, not only would they extinguish the rebels, but also countless lives due to the fact that this could mean the start of WWIII. It is no threat to the American people what Syria is doing to themselves ,they must sort out their own problems internally the best we can do is ,mediate Peace and help them to see killing each other is not the way yet that thinking and using the mind is of greater consequence than War.

    • red
      August 30, 2013

The chemical warheads were Russian supplied. The missiles were Russian supplied. The UN acknowledges both of these facts. The missiles were almost defiantly launched from a government silo in a military base. The game changing questions are these: did the rebels infiltrate the facility and launch them to gain international support; did Assad order the strike to create more fear in the population (like he’s done before with artillery shelling of residential areas); or did a governmental military official launch the attack without Assad’s knowledge?

No country is getting involved solely for the feel good factor of ‘doing the right thing.’

China, Russia, USA, and Britain all have selfish motives, otherwise they wouldn’t get involved. This DOESNT MEAN what they want to do is wrong, they can have a positive impact on the world, despite their individual motives being questionable…

Gary More do you really honestly believe that the US doesn’t kill their own? Last I checked the US already had sent troops to Iraq before the devastating events of 9/11 and clearly they needed an excuse for them to be there so that’s why they kept looking for weapons of mass destruction. In doing so they sent their own All American soldiers there basically to their death! What Russia and China allow is their business. The US needs to learn to focus their efforts on rebuilding their own country instead of looking to gain profits from a war. You say that Russia and China condone killing their own people but check this out, I don’t hear on the Russian news that some dude went into an elementary school and killed a bunch of kids and teachers, maybe if the US was more outright in killing their own for such hideous crimes the US might be in a better position to intervene in other countries.

The world sat back and watched as Hitler took power and attempted to eradicate an entire race (and came very close to doing so)…so, coming from a human rights perspective, I want to see something done…however, there is another part of me that says this is their war, their dysfunction and their issues and just because we don’t support how and why they do what they do, is it really up to us to fix them? Then I go back to the fact that al-assad used chemical warfare on his OWN people…isn’t it up to us to try and remove him because nobody else will and something has to be done? There are so many issues, so many questions and so many moral and ethical decisions at play here. If this at all is about oil, it’s simply for the control of it. If one can control oil, they can control the way people go about their lives. It’s always in excessive need and will continue to be so long as the world’s population expands.
If you walk down the street or drive down the interstate anywhere in the US, you know that there’s an issue with over crowding. Could this be a small step in the attempt of the US government’s plan to expand the country as a whole?
I’m not saying creating US territory in the middle east, but once oil is in control, people become in control, and territory is much easier to negotiate with when you have one of the world’s greatest currencies.
